Evidence-Based Practice: Utilizing scientifically validated methods with extensive training in and focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma-focused CBT (TF-CBT), and trauma-informed interventions. I use a modular approach, integrating elements to meet unique client needs.
Holistic, Non-Pathologizing View: Treatment is customized based on a systematic, comprehensive evaluation, integrating biological, psychological, and social factors. I examine cultural factors and focus on understanding problems from a non-pathologizing perspective.
